Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Start with recruitment, Employment Pass support, payroll, remote contractor support, EOR / staffing or start-up support. We will agree on a scope that fits your current needs and adapt as your team grows.
How do we begin an Employment Pass assessment?
We start with the candidate and company information needed for an eligibility review and indicative COMPASS assessment. We can also provide general information on local costs and tax considerations, and support applications, renewals and appeals with the required authorisations. Assessments are indicative; approval and processing times are determined by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower.
Does payroll support include annual tax filing?
Yes. The agreed scope can include Singapore payroll, CPF for applicable employees, employer IR8A preparation and employee individual income tax filing support with the required authorisations. Employer reporting and personal tax returns are separate services. USDT/USDC calculation support is available; payment arrangements are assessed separately.
Can you support contractors outside Singapore?
Yes. Our Remote Contractor Support covers global teams, with contract support, onboarding, service fee calculations including USDT / USDC, and contractor policies. Each arrangement is reviewed against local requirements.
Where is your EOR / Staffing Service available?
Our EOR / Staffing Service covers employment in Singapore. The legal employer, day-to-day management, payroll and statutory responsibilities are documented before engagement. EOR arrangements do not provide a work-pass route for foreigners based in Singapore to work for overseas companies.
Can you help a solo founder starting in Singapore?
Yes. We support solo founders and small teams with company set-up coordination, onboarding, Employment Pass planning, and initial payroll and HR setup. Regulated corporate services require an appropriately registered provider, confirmed before engagement. Registration alone does not provide permission to work in Singapore.
