1. Our current website

The Artemis website code does not currently set cookies, store enquiry contents in local storage or use advertising pixels or visitor analytics. The enquiry tool keeps the draft in the open page and can pass it to your email app or clipboard at your request. Telegram contact uses a standard link, not an embedded chat widget. Opening it takes you to Telegram, where its own policies apply.

There are currently no optional analytics or marketing categories to enable or disable in the Artemis page. An “accept all” banner would not change its behaviour, so one is not shown.

2. Hosting and access services

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites infrastructure. Hosting, security and any sign-in services may process connection data or use their own cookies or similar technologies to deliver the site, control access and prevent abuse. Their behaviour may depend on whether you are signed in and on the hosting configuration.

The absence of tracking code in the Artemis page is not a promise that the hosting or sign-in platform uses no cookies. Browser settings and the provider’s available controls apply to those services. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy for its processing practices.

3. Your choices

You can inspect, block or clear cookies and site data through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking data required by the hosting or sign-in service may affect access. Clearing website data does not delete emails already sent to Artemis HR or drafts saved by your email provider.

4. If the website changes

If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or other tracking, this notice must be updated to describe their purposes, providers and controls. Any consent required by applicable law must be obtained before those features operate.
