1. About these terms

These terms cover use of the Artemis HR website and initial enquiries. “Artemis HR”, “we” and “us” refer to ARTEMIS HR PTE. LTD. (EA Licence No. 23S1792), which operates this website. Contact goal@artemishr.xyz with questions about these terms.

Visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not appoint us as your recruitment agent, employer, payroll provider or professional adviser. Services begin only when the relevant parties have accepted a separate written agreement identifying the provider, scope, fees, responsibilities and applicable terms. That agreement governs the services if it differs from these website terms.

2. Information and decisions

Website content is general information, not advice tailored to your legal, tax, immigration or financial circumstances. Rules and eligibility requirements can change. Obtain advice appropriate to your situation before acting.

We aim to keep the information accurate, but do not warrant that it is complete, current or suitable for every situation. Nothing on this website guarantees a hire, work-pass approval, tax treatment, processing time or business result.

3. Service boundaries

Recruitment Service

Recruitment focuses on C-suite roles for Singapore-based businesses. Recruitment engagements are subject to our employment agency licence scope and applicable role eligibility requirements. Our EA licence does not authorise other regulated services. Search fees, replacement arrangements and cancellation terms belong in the engagement agreement; they are not implied by this website.

Employment Pass Support

Eligibility and COMPASS reviews are indicative and depend on the information supplied and current requirements. Applications, renewals and appeals require the relevant authorisations. MOM makes the final decision.

Payroll, service fees and tax reporting

Employer reporting, CPF administration and employee personal tax returns are distinct services and must be included in the agreed scope. Clients must provide accurate information, review outputs and provide the required authorisations in time. Filing or payment obligations outside our agreed scope remain with the responsible employer, taxpayer or their appointed provider. Our own agreed responsibilities are not removed by these requirements.

USDT/USDC support is assessed case by case, including for contractor service fee calculations. Calculation assistance does not establish that a token payment is lawful or satisfies any applicable payment, salary, CPF or tax obligations. Payment execution is not included by default; it requires separate assessment of the proposed activity and a written scope. This site is not an offer of token custody, exchange or investment services.

Remote Contractor Support

Remote contractor support is available for teams worldwide and covers contracts, onboarding, service fee calculations and contractor policies within the agreed scope. Contractor status depends on the actual working arrangement and applicable local law; using a contractor agreement alone does not determine status. The client, contractor and service provider must agree their responsibilities before work begins. Local legal and tax requirements, data handling and payment arrangements require assessment for each engagement. This service does not by itself make Artemis HR an employer or provide local employment, immigration or tax representation.

EOR / Staffing Service

EOR and staffing employment support is limited to Singapore. The arrangement must identify the legal employer, client, day-to-day manager and party administering payroll. An EOR is the employer under the employment contract; employee rights and statutory duties cannot be removed by a commercial allocation of tasks.

EOR arrangements cannot be used to obtain work passes for foreigners based in Singapore to work for overseas companies. Suitability must be assessed before any engagement.

Start-up support

Company set-up planning and coordination are subject to an agreed scope. Regulated incorporation or corporate services require an appropriately registered provider, identified before work begins. Registering a company does not itself confer permission to work in Singapore.

4. Enquiries and personal information

The enquiry tool prepares an email draft in your email app. It does not send the message automatically. Please review the recipient and content before sending.

Provide accurate information and only share another person’s details where you are entitled to do so. Do not include identity documents, bank details, passwords, Singpass credentials or wallet private keys in an initial enquiry. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

5. Using this website

You may use the site for lawful enquiries and personal or internal business reference. Do not disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a misleading way.

Website content and branding belong to Artemis HR or their respective rights holders. Permission to view the site does not grant a right to republish its branding or imply an affiliation or endorsement.

6. Availability and responsibility

The website may be unavailable or contain errors. Third-party websites and email applications operate under their own terms. A link is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their content or security.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website. This does not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not remove statutory employment or data-protection rights, or replace responsibilities under a service agreement.

7. Governing law and updates

These website terms are governed by Singapore law. The Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute procedures that apply.

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date and apply prospectively. Existing service agreements are not changed merely by an update to this page. For questions, contact goal@artemishr.xyz.
